~ PROGRAMS ~
The first pilot of Pathways to Financial Healing and Prosperity has officially ended. We hope to get funding to create a second cohort in the near future.
The program, or the Pathways to Financial Healing and Prosperity financial literacy program, is a power-packed online program that’s led, hosted, and facilitated by Liz Rabago (seasoned financial literacy trainer) and Monica Griffin (seasoned business strategist, survivor advocate, and behavioral health coach). The pilot was held over a seven-week time period for female trafficking survivors in the U.S. between the ages of 25-55 in a cohort of up to eight.
It is a safe, trauma-informed, program that recognizes survivor’s resilience and past achievements. It features up to eight different financial topics and is taught on separate, 90-minute Zoom workshops. It has practical, hands-on/real-world application and anchors financial growth in healing money trauma as well as rebuilding trust in oneself, and establishing generational wealth.
The program covers the following:
• Healing your relationship with money.
• Advanced financial literacy for survivors.
• Career growth and earning potential.
• Entrepreneurship and wealth building.
• Financial protection and boundaries.
• A long-term financial freedom plan.
In addition, there are mentorship matches for those participants interested, guest speakers in business, financial advising (with trauma-informed training), and credit repair specialists as well as a journal, budget templates, credit report guides, and a survivor-friendly investment glossary.

The first pilot of Project EIFL X Liluye has officially ended.
The program, or the Project EIFL X Liluye Financial Literacy Program, is an impactful online program that’s led, hosted, and facilitated by Tarun Masapeta and his team (from Project EIFL). The pilot was held over a four-month time period and was for trafficking survivors in the U.S. and Canada in a cohort of two.
It was a safe, supportive community that educated and empowered survivors to help them gain financial independence and freedom to live their lives on their own terms. It featured up to seven different financial topics that was taught on separate, 45-minute Zoom workshops. After the completion of the entire program, the attendees were provided with a financial resource guidebook to help them afterwards.
The program covered the following:
• How to open a bank account (step by step).
• Introduction to personal financing.
• How to calculate taxes (where to set them aside, where to put them, how to reinvest them, how to do balance sheets, and what is taxable).
• Introduction to investing.
• Reinvesting in business and/or organizational financial literacy or as an individual.
• Personal financing (paying yourself and where to put your money).
• Insurance.
